Happenings On & Around Hutchinson Island

Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce and Stuart, Florida, bring together local artists, crafters, live music, and vendors proving a great sampling of the wonderful variety that each city has to offer. The shops, galleries and restaurants also extend their hours during these festivals. These outdoor festivals are a great way for the entire family to experience the historic downtowns of each city and Hutchinson Island.

Jammin' Jensen
6-10 p.m. every Thursday in Downtown Jensen Beach on Jensen Beach Boulevard. Local artists displays, crafts, music, vendors and family entertainment are available. The event is sponsored by Jensen Beach Main Street. Cost: Free

Friday Fest
The first Friday of every month in Fort Pierce at Marina Square at Melody Lane and Avenue A. The free event is held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., weather permitting, and features live music, children's activities, arts and craft vendors and food stalls. Cost: Free

Coffee With The Mayor
Every third Friday of the month in Fort Pierce, corporations and organizations are given the opportunity to make a presentation on what their organization is, upcoming events, news and how their organization is benefiting the community. This event brings together community leaders, media representatives and the general public interested in learning about various organizations. Meet your fellow community leaders and friends as you sip fresh brewed coffee, taste fresh squeezed Orchid Island juice and delight in savory doughnuts. Held September through May, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Classic Car Show
 6 pm to 9 pm - Last Friday of each month. In the streets throughout historic downtown Fort Pierce. Second Street, Orange Avenue and Avenue A. Classic cars line the streets for viewing – live music entertainment. For information call 772-465-4888

MusicFest
5 - 11 PM 3rd Friday of each month. FREE To the Public "MusicFest Downtown Stuart" Monthly Concert Series at Gazebo/ Bandstand Park (Between Confusion Corner & Courthouse) comes to life the Third Friday Each Month 5:00pm - 11:00pm with Live Entertainment, Beer & Wine, Food, and Kids Activities. Monthly themes change with different music styles performed under the picturesque park setting one block from Osceola Street & Colorado Avenue next to the Martin County Courthouse on East Ocean Boulevard. Farmer's Market

Riverwalk Jazz Series
First Sunday each month. January - May 1 PM - 4 PM,
June - September 4 PM - 7 PM, October - December 1 PM - 4 PM. Cost: FREE The Riverwalk Stage right in the heart of Downtown Stuart. Just behind City Hall.

The RiverWalk Jazz Series takes place in a beautiful outdoor setting along the St. Lucie River. Fans can come to listen to great jazz by almost all modes of transportation - car, boat and even segway and enjoy the show from either the decked amphitheatre or from the river in their boat. The RiverWalk Stage is located along the St. Lucie River boardwalk at the end of St. Lucie Ave in historic downtown Stuart.

Rockin' Riverwalk Music Series
Third Sunday of each month. 1-4 PM. Cost: Free
Rockin' RiverWalk Music Series takes place in a beautiful outdoor setting along the St. Lucie River. Fans can come to listen to great Rock & Roll by car and boat and enjoy the show from either the decked amphitheatre or from the river in their boat.
